About
Planning built around your whole financial life.
We help business owners, professionals, and families bring the moving parts of their financial lives into one coordinated plan.
We built the firm to hold the whole picture.
Investments, taxes, retirement, the business, the goals you hold for your family: in most lives these are handled by different people who rarely talk, or by no one at all. Our work is to bring them under one plan and keep them there, so the decisions that affect each other are made together.

A firm foundation.
A few convictions shape our work:
Tax planning through the year
Most planning treats tax as a filing task handled once a year by someone outside the plan. We built the firm so the tax consequence is weighed by the same people making the recommendation.
One plan, one team
We coordinate with your accountant, attorney, and other advisors so the people you rely on are working from the same plan. No one is in the dark. Especially you.
You get to work directly with the principals
The people who built this firm are the people who build and manage your plan, from the first conversation onward.
The team
The people behind the firm.
Two founders, both committed to what is best for our clients.

Michael Hibbs
Michael is co-founder and an Enrolled Agent. His engineering background shapes an analytical, systematic approach, and he focuses on explaining each decision plainly so clients understand their options.

Guy Chadwick
Guy is co-founder and Chief Compliance Officer. His disciplined approach is shaped by military service and a commitment to continuous learning. He focuses on building a firm that operates with integrity, keeps clients first, and holds to the rules that protect them.
The name
Third Stanza.
The name comes from the third stanza of the Ranger Creed.
Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight, and I will shoulder more than my share of the task, whatever it may be: one-hundred-percent and then some.
That is the standard the firm is named for: shoulder more than our share, and never fail the people who depend on us.
Start with a conversation.
A 20-minute conversation to understand where you are and whether we are the right fit for each other.
